Delivery & handover
Shipment - send-out - delivery will be arranged once the product becomes ready to publish. The estimated delivery timeframe is usually from 2 up to 4 weeks from kick-off. When it comes to physical products we will provide a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the product is shipped.
Please note that the delivery timeframe is an estimate and may be subject to change due to abc or y's.

you have the chance to be serviced on Pre-seens. which means that products or designs are available for your pre-orders before they are officially released, in stock or even published. For Pre-order products, an estimated delivery timeframe and layout will be provided with password protection after a meeting under the tag *unseen.
