...Few people stayed living with Mustacci for a while - others just come around to visit on a more or less regular basis. One of them - HomeBoy - his so to speak son-in-spe, born in Malawi and adopted alongside five others by an Italian working-class family. HomeBoy spends most of his free time at the LOOP MANSION. On his way from basketball court to Mustacci, he kept collecting things. After all these years, his “objets trouves” are now a collection of tons of recyclable trash from which he has built an original drum kit the likes of which have never been seen before. With crystals from glass bottles and broken windows he creates his exceptional signature raindrop sound. Next to the steely drumbeats out of metallic oilcans he got from the petrol station across the road.


Album release

Which is: an instrumental drumsound experience. Some songs are accompanied by Mustacci's rhythmic acoustic guitar, which is played as usual in the catchy Santana style. BLUE TIDES a full tide must have for every tight drumbeat lover.
